Fareham is located on the south coast of Hampshire, approximately 10 miles drive west of Portsmouth and 10 miles east of Southampton. Fareham is approximately 75 miles south of London, journey time approximately one and a half hours by either A3 or M3. (See map below) There are good motorway links via the M27 and M3 with the Midlands, North and West Country. The Ferneham Hall and Ashcroft Arts Centre are situated in Osborn Road near the town centre of Fareham, Hampshire and are clearly signposted. If coming by road leave the M27 junction 11 and follow the sign to Fareham town centre and the Ferneham Hall and Ashcroft Arts Centre. There is plenty of free car parking adjacent to the Ferneham Hall all weekend (except Saturday daytime when parking charges are in force). See Fareham map. If coming by rail, Fareham railway station is just 10 minutes walk away. Regular trains link Fareham with Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Reading, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and London. There is a taxi rank by the station. |
